Members of the National Championship winning BC Wheelchair curling team, Frank LaBounty & Whitney Warren will be on hand to provide instruction and to give a demonstration of the game. Everyone is welcome to come out & try this great winter sport.
Wheelchair curling had its debut at the Torino 2006 Paralympics Winter Games, it’s a great game of skill & strategy. It is governed & played according to the rules of the World Curling Federation, with only one modification – no sweeping.
